Startup MOMPD Corp is seeking a talented and experienced Architect-Engineer to join our team and play a key role in the design and development of innovative construction projects. You will be responsible for combining architectural vision with engineering principles to create functional, aesthetic and safe structures.
Responsibilities:
Design: Develop architectural plans, drawings, and technical specifications for a variety of construction projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial. Engineering Analysis: Perform engineering calculations and analysis to ensure structural integrity, safety, and compliance with building codes. Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.Project Management: Coordinate and manage projects from concept to completion, including budget, schedule, and quality control.Research and Development: Continuously explore new technologies, materials, and methods construction to implement innovative solutions. Consulting: Providing expert architectural and engineering consulting to clients, contractors, and other interested parties. Requirements:
Education: Master's or Bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering. Licenses and certifications: Possession of relevant licenses and certifications (depending on region). Skills: Excellent design and drafting (CAD) skills. In-depth knowledge of building codes and standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
