Your main responsibilities:
Setup and support of computers, laptops, printers, routers and other equipment.
Installing programs, updates, software.
Primary diagnostics of technical problems and their prompt resolution.
Employee support: assistance with access, settings, and technical issues.
Ensuring stable operation of the network and equipment.
Maintaining basic internal documentation (equipment lists, access logs).
Participation in the implementation of new tools and improvement of IT processes.
We expect:
Basic computer knowledge and interest in technology.
Logical thinking, attentiveness and a desire to understand details.
Ability to quickly find information and solutions.
Minimum Windows skills (MacOS will be a bonus).
Sociability, responsibility and neatness in work.
We consider candidates without experience and students!
It will be a plus:
Understanding how local area networks (LAN, Wi-Fi) work.
Experience in self-assembling a PC or solving household technical problems.
Interest in cybersecurity, administration, or DevOps in the future.

Stable salary of 30,000 - 38,000 UAH .
Offline work in a comfortable office.
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8 working hours .
