Requirements:
- Fluent English (verbal and written)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proactivity
- Hardworking and goal-oriented
- Positive attitude and honesty
- Remote work skills are highly appreciated
- Maritime education is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing database and seafarers' documents
- Arranging visas for seagoing personnel
- Verifying seafarers' documents and sea service records
- Providing full support to the Crewing Executive
