Who we are:
Herben Tows Innovators is a young but already recognizable team of traders, analysts and developers of trading strategies. We are not a bank or a fund. We are a new wave team: we trade in financial markets, create algorithmic solutions, explore the world of crypto, indices, currencies and global events. We are not a corporation, we have brainstorming, rapid exchange of knowledge and constant movement.

We don't promise "easy money." We promise it will be interesting, challenging, deep. And definitely not boring.

What will you do:

• Study trading strategies (first manual, later algorithmic).

• Analyze data: markets, charts, sentiment, news.

• Conduct your own trading practice under the mentorship of experienced traders.

• Participate in internal research and testing.

• Constantly learn - we discuss the market every week, share cases, and teach each other.

Who we are looking for:

• A person without experience, but with an interest in finance, economics, mathematics, or analytics.

• Someone who can think logically sees cause-and-effect relationships.

• Ready to learn, ask questions, and never give up.

• A team player - we work as one organism.

• A person with discipline. Trading is daily work on yourself.

Our conditions:

• Schedule: full day, Mon–Fri, 10:00–18:00.

• Format: office only (Kyiv). We believe in the power of presence.

• Salary: 28,000 – 33,000 UAH + bonuses.

• Internship: paid, with a mentor.

• Lunches: hot and free, every day.

• Growth: the first 6 months - student, then - analyst or trader, as you go.
