Account/Project Manager

We are an IT outsourcing company specializing in the development of mobile and web applications, and design. We provide our clients with a full product development cycle — from idea to release. Due to expansion, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious specialist for the position of Account Manager / Trainee Project Manager, who is ready to grow and develop with us.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Coordination:

• Participate in the planning and organization of software development work.
• Collect and analyze project requirements from clients and stakeholders.
• Interact with developers, testers, and other team members to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.
• Monitor the status of project implementation.
• Maintain constant communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction.

2. Communication with Existing and Potential Clients:

• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with current and previous clients.
• Actively search for new clients on Upwork and other platforms.
• Creation and sending the proposals to potential clients.
• Maintain initial communication with clients until a call is scheduled.
• Respond to inquiries and follow up on proposals.

3. Operational Support:

• Assist with daily operational tasks as needed.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, both internal and external with clients.
• Maintain organized records of client interactions, project progress, and other relevant information.

Requirements:

• Good written and spoken English (B2+ level).
• Desire to learn and grow.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in the IT field.
• Availability of a modern laptop and smartphone.
• Confident use of Google Sheets and Docs, with attention to detail and perfectionism in maintaining and filling them out.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Higher linguistic education (English language).
• Experience as an interpreter of English.
• Knowledge of basic project management principles.
• Completed project management courses in IT.

Working Conditions:

• Fully remote employment.
• Salary payments come down to exchange rates.
• Flexible schedule, but you must be available from 10:00 to 20:00.
