We are looking for a motivated and organized Manager to join our team. If you have a knack for multitasking, a strong command of computer applications, and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!

Basic Requirements:

English Language Proficiency: Minimum B2 level or higher.

Computer Skills:

Proficiency in using a PC, including installing necessary software.

Experience with Google Chrome (installing extensions, saving websites, browsing history).

Knowledge of searching and saving information from the internet.

File management: Organizing folders, restoring deleted files, and working with formats like PDF, CSV, XLS, DOC, etc.

Experience with image formats: GIF, JPEG, PNG, SVG (conversions, resizing).

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Communication Tools:

Experience with messengers and social platforms like Telegram, Skype, and LinkedIn (creating accounts, adding contacts, sending messages/calls).

Ability to use video conferencing tools like Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams (setting up, joining, and managing meetings).

Other Tools:

Familiarity with NordVPN and cloud storage platforms (Dropbox, Google Drive).

Knowledge of archiving and unarchiving files on local and cloud systems.

Email management: Creating accounts, organizing folders, composing messages, attaching files, and managing large recipient lists.

Written Communication Skills: Knowledge of business communication standards and email etiquette, with the ability to maintain proper structure in English correspondence.

Experience using TeamViewer.

Familiarity with ClickUp, Slack, and ChatGPT.
