Job Description:As a Customer Service Manager, you'll oversee rental properties, ensuring smooth operations and maximizing revenue. Here's what you'll do:
Reservation Management: Handle bookings from start to finish. Accept or decline requests promptly. Assist guests with check-in details and address any concerns.
Guest Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries via email, phone, and messaging. Manage guest expectations and handle any issues for a positive stay experience.
Property Maintenance: Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to keep properties in top shape. Ensure properties are guest-ready upon arrival.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management, customer service, or hospitality preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficient in property management software and Airbnb app.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude toward maintenance and guest satisfaction.
- Fluent English.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
