SaaS Sales Manager (French-speaking)

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to promote our product in the French market.
In this role you will be responsible for introducing our innovative product to new customers, building relationships with key stakeholders, and establishing a highly positive company image in the region.

Required Qualifications:
— C1 level proficiency in the French language is a crucial requirement
— English proficiency at the Upper-Intermediate level or higher
— at least 1 years of B2B sales experience
— remote work experience
— ability to understand and analyze market trends
— ability to understand client’s needs and identify their core problems
— strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively without supervision
— well-developed presentation, persuasion, and influence skills
— outstanding interpersonal skills
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
— providing top-notch client service, interacting exclusively with warm leads, without the need to actively sourcing new prospects
— hosting one-on-one and group Zoom sales presentations for potential customers
— signing contracts and onboarding clients while tailoring the service to match their specific business requirements
— providing technical and other support to the clients, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between them and the technical team
— taking steps to maintain customer subscription renewals
— upholding our high service standards to ensure complete customer satisfaction
Languages:
The main languages of communication in the company are English, Italian, Russian, and Ukrainian. Since our team has many people from the CIS, we also use Russian for better understanding. We do not cooperate with aggressor countries.
