About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager who will act as a business partner to clients and a true owner of strategic projects inside the agency.
This is not a coordinator role.
This is a position for someone who:
understands how digital and creative agencies operate,
can manage complex pharma projects,
takes full ownership of timelines, budgets, quality, and client relationships,
thinks commercially, not just operationally.
You will lead projects from brief to final delivery, ensuring alignment between client expectations and internal execution.
Key Responsibilities
Own and develop pharmaceutical client accounts
Lead projects end-to-end: from briefing and scoping to delivery and post-launch follow-up
Coordinate cross-functional teams (medical, creative, development, digital)
Ensure timelines, scope, quality, and contractual commitments are met
Prepare and manage project budgets and cost estimates
Monitor project profitability and financial performance
Lead client meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions
Prepare proposals, commercial offers, and project documentation
Identify risks early and proactively manage them
Build long-term client relationships based on trust and expertise
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a structured, proactive professional who has:
2+ years of experience as an Account Manager in a creative or digital agency
(experience in pharma marketing is a strong advantage)OR experience in product/brand management within a pharmaceutical company
Strong understanding of marketing and digital processes
Experience working with budgets and commercial proposals
Excellent project management and prioritization skills
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Business-oriented mindset and ownership mentality
High level of responsibility and attention to detail
Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate minimum, Advanced preferred)
Any additional language is a strong plus
You are comfortable in complexity.
