We seek a proactive, self-motivated, and disciplined individual to join our sales team. Your role will involve identifying new opportunities through outbound efforts, confirming their potential, and supporting the initial stages of the sales process.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate embodies the following qualities:

Your role as a salesperson is to identify and attract new leads, develop customer relationships, and close deals to achieve sales goals. Collaboration with our team ensures uninterrupted service delivery to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Initiate contact with prospects through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, cold calls, and emails, developing relationships that lead to conversion.

  • Develop strong relationships with clients by offering customized solutions.
  • Processing incoming requests, and consulting on company services.
  • Negotiate effectively to close deals within specified parameters.
  • Follow up with clients by providing required information and scheduling appointments.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and generate sales reports.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends by adapting strategies accordingly.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience;
  • Knowledge of English (Upper Intermediate/Advanced level);
  • Confident in CRM systems, email, and sales tools;
  • Exceptional communication skills, and ability to understand customer needs;
  • Results-oriented mindset with a desire to exceed goals;
  • Knowledge of the UAE market is desirable, but not required;
