Sanofi in Ukraine, a leading healthcare company, announces the vacancy of Regional Sales Manager in Dnipro.
Main responsibilities:
In this position, you will:
Achieving the business goals set for medical practitioners in a defined region, including: - monthly, quarterly and annual targets
Assessment of regional business trends and assessment of the relative performance of medical promotion teams, as well as identification of key success factors/key obstacles and offering management an action plan/project appropriate business opportunities and risk mitigation
Regularly re-evaluating the commercial potential of the covered clients within a certain region and proposing certain actions to the head of the external service to expand coverage
Continuous development of professional skills of regional groups of specialists in the promotion of medicines (training, conducting seminars, regional meetings, identifying training needs, initiating participation in training and further actions that are necessary after subordinates attend such courses or training)
Maintaining a high level of motivation of regional groups of specialists in the promotion of medicines
Search, selection of candidates for vacant positions of regional specialists in the promotion of medicines in cooperation with the HR department
Requirements for candidates:
higher medical or pharmaceutical world
Work experience: 2-3 years as a Regional Sales Manager
Communication: Excellent communication skills, ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
computer skills that allow you to work efficiently and use the main office programs: MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Outlook
ability to think analytically
A valid driver's license and driving experience
