About the Role:

As a People Analyst at Informed Decisions, you will:

• Conduct statistical analyses with R or Python.

• Build interactive and beautiful dashboards with BI tools (Mainly Tableau) to tell an engaging story with data.

• Built automation that will help our team make working with data more efficient (data analysis / reports automation, automations on Google’s / Amazon’s platforms).

• Assist HR professionals in becoming strategic business partners by building data-driven solutions to tackle organisational challenges.

• Work on diverse projects such as: candidate and employee assessment processes, identifying learning needs (upskilling), internal mobility, improving organizational communication, analyzing engagement surveys, and more.

• Analyse data and build data-related infrastructure for our Interview Intelligence Platform.

Requirements:

Must-Haves:

• Highly fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing) – the entire job is conducted in English.

• Two years of experience in conducting quantitative analysis outside of the academy.

• Two years of experience designing BI dashboards.

• Highly proficient in Python (including external libraries for data analysis such as Pandas, Matplotlib/ Seaborn / Plotly).

• Highly proficient in SQL.

• Proficiency in SQL and ETL processes through Python / Tableau Prep / SSIS or similar.

• High proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables).

• Availability to work 2 evenings per week (for collaboration with our clients in the USA and Canada).

Nice-to-Haves:

• Native English speaker.

• Experience working with people/HR data.

• Experience working with Tableau & Tableau Prep.

• Experience in developing automation.

• Additional training/certification in statistics and/or data science and practical usage of ML models.
