Role Description:
We are seeking a highly qualified Executive Assistant to support an ambitious entrepreneur in both professional and personal activities. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Italian and English and have proven experience providing high-level executive support, including managing personal life and financial matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Plan and coordinate business and personal appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Communication: Handle correspondence and communications in Italian and English, including drafting emails and official documents.
- Administrative Support: Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Coordination: Interact with clients, business partners, and internal and external staff.
- Project Management: Assist in planning and executing special projects.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research and provide analyses on various business-relevant topics.
- Personal Life Organization:
- Plan and coordinate personal commitments, medical appointments, and family activities.
- Organize personal travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Manage personal and family calendars to ensure optimal organization.
- Personal Financial Management:
- Execute personal payments, manage invoices, and monitor deadlines.
- Coordinate with financial advisors, accountants, and legal professionals on personal matters.
- Errands and Purchases:
- Handle personal shopping and errands, both online and offline.
- Coordinate with vendors and services for personal and household needs.
- Domestic Support:
- Collaborate with the housekeeper and domestic staff to ensure an organized and functional environment.
- Oversee the maintenance of the residence and manage any necessary interventions.
Requirements:
- Languages: Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, with responsibilities in managing personal and financial activities.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business and personal management software.
- Familiarity with financial management tools and online payment applications.
- Organizational Skills:
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Discretion:
- High integrity and ability to handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality.
- Flexibility:
- Willingness to travel and work outside regular hours if necessary.
- Education:
- A degree in Economics, Languages, or related fields is a plus.
- Driver's License:
- Valid driver's license; having a personal vehicle is preferred.
