Our customer is looking for an experienced HR generalist/Sourcer/Recruiter to join our team and take ownership of closing marketing-related vacancies (media buyer, marketing). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruitment and be proficient in English at a B1 level or higher. Location - Poland or Ukraine. 


Key Responsibilities:Recruiter Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Sourcing & Acquisition:

    • Continuously browse and analyze candidate profiles across various platforms.
    • Build and maintain a strong network online to attract top talent.
    • Source and screen candidates for marketing-related roles.
  2. Market Research & Candidate Engagement:

    • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and talent availability.
    • Prepare detailed reports on market insights and recruitment progress.
    • Draft and present attractive job offers to candidates.
    • Answer candidate inquiries to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  3. Candidate Evaluation & Selection:

    • Review and screen resumes to identify the best-fit candidates.
    • Conduct interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  4. Administrative Support:

    • Send job offers and follow up on candidate decisions.
    • Maintain organized records of recruitment activities.

Operational Manager (Potential Tasks):

  1. Oversee onboarding processes for new employees to ensure smooth transitions.
  2. Maintain and update employee files in compliance with company policies.
  3. Conduct 1-on-1 meetings to gauge employee satisfaction and gather feedback for improvement.
  4. Manage offboarding processes for departing employees.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, particularly for marketing-related roles.
  • Strong networking skills and familiarity with recruitment platforms.
  • English proficiency at B1 or higher (both spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
