B2B Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities: 

• Discover fresh business prospects, such as emerging markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services.
• Drive active sales by engaging in cold calling, conducting independent research, and participating in referral programs.
• Conduct face-to-face or phone meetings with clients
• Generate leads and reach out to potential customers through cold calling.
• Approach the business strategically, envisioning the broader picture and establishing goals to enhance and develop the company.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in sales. Experience in translation service will be a +.
• 2+ years experience in Business Development or B2B sales role 
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a sales or business development role.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
