PR & Communications manager

In this position, we see an experienced and creative communications manager who will take the lead in interacting with the media and developing partnerships. This role requires a high level of communication skills, the ability to think strategically, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Your tasks:

• Contributing to the development and leading implementation of comprehensive PR strategies to enhance TrueLabel brand awareness and reputation in iGaming global and target markets;
• Developing and executing PR strategies, roll-out plans, and implementing communication activities for entering new target markets;
• Overseeing the creation of high-quality press releases, articles, thought leadership pieces, and other PR materials;
• Planning and executing PR initiatives around industry conferences where Truelabel is represented;
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with industry media, journalists, and influencers to secure positive coverage and manage media inquiries;
• Communication support of marketing activities, access to new markets, and new partnerships;
• Analysis and calculation of the effectiveness of PR campaigns, preparation of reports;
• Monitoring and alerting on media coverage of the company’s activities, as well as monitoring and analyzing relevant industry news;
• Monitoring and managing the company’s online reputation and addressing any negative sentiment;
• Respond to media inquiries with messaging that aligns with the company’s style and is delivered concisely, accurately, and timely;
• Supporting and coordinating company events and conferences.

Our criteria:

• Minimum of 3 years experience, preferably within the iGaming;
• Established relations with journalists, the presence of warm contacts;
• High level of planning and project management;
• Multifunctionality and the ability to prioritize tasks as needed;
• Ability to independently write materials in English and organize the work of copywriters;
• Capable of building strong relationships with clients/partners / influencers from scratch;
• Good project management skills;
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Ability to travel internationally and visit iGaming conferences;
• An established network within the iGaming industry is a plus.
