Team Lead Data Analyst

StayGroup an advertising agency which transforms great ideas into successful projects  in igaming area. Now we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Web Data Analyst,  which will be responsible for manage our analytics team and create product analytics vision for achieving our goals.

Requirements:

•  4+ years of experience in web/data analytics;
•  Experience with digital marketing analytics;
•  Proficiency in web analytics systems such as Google Analytics and GTM;
•  Experience with SQL, Tableau (or PowerBI), and BigQuery; ETL knowledge;
•  Experience in preparing reports and creating presentations;
•  Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or R (preferred);
•  Strong ability to draw correct conclusions based on collected data;
•  Experience in building and modifying business plans;
•  Demonstrated expertise in modeling reporting systems and dashboard design;
•  Leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring a team;
•  Data mining and data scraping experience;
•  Implementation of best practices and familiarity with AI concepts (a plus).

Responsibilities:

• Develop and modify business plans based on data analysis and insights;
• Model reporting systems and design dashboards for effective data visualization;
• Design reports for monitoring and control, establishing unified reporting and documentation standards;
• Conduct marketing analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of various marketing channels and advertising campaigns;
• Monitor marketing activities, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs);
• Generate regular reports to provide insights and recommendations to the marketing team;
• Manage and mentor a team of analysts, ensuring adherence to KPIs and high-quality output;
• Conduct data mining and data scraping to gather valuable insights;
• Collaborate with various departments and C-level executives to provide data-driven recommendations;
• Implement best practices and contribute AI skills to enhance data analysis processes.
