Начальник відділу кадрів

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our partner, an international NGO, and oversee HR activities in Ukraine. 

The position will be based in Dnipro, with management responsibilities for HR Officers in Odesa, Mykolaiv and Dnipro.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage two HR Officers located in Odesa and Dnipro, ensuring effective HR operations across Ukraine.
• Oversee payroll activities managed by outsourcing partners, ensuring accuracy of data including sick leaves, vacations, and other employee-related records.
• Collaborate with headquarters on recruitment processes and organizational design to align with the NGO's goals.
• Develop, adapt, and implement HR procedures to ensure compliance with organizational standards and Ukrainian labor laws.
• Manage all labor relations, ensuring correct documentation, secure record-keeping, and maintenance of comprehensive employee records.

Who We Are Looking For:

• At least 7 years of experience as an HR Manager
• Proven experience in team management
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency (required for reporting to the international manager)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and strong analytical skills
