What you’ll be working on:
- Manage contractual responsibilities, including drafting and revising agreements, and facilitating communications with internal colleagues and external counterparties.
- Provide daily corporate and compliance support.
- Address employment-related legal matters across different jurisdictions.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research on legislation from various regions (including Ukraine, EU, UK, USA), and maintain up-to-date knowledge on laws affecting the company.
- Oversee the completion and submission of KYC and DD processes, including the preparation of relevant forms.
- Conducting legal due diligence and preparing respective due diligence reports for making a decision on further possible cooperation.
- Prepare and review a variety of documents for daily corporate operations, such as applications, letters, and confirmation of turnover balances.
- Perform legal due diligence and compile detailed reports to assist in decision-making regarding potential collaborations.

Must-have skills and experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in IT (software development, legal support to computer or mobile platforms, etc.), Intellectual Property law, and International contract law (English law mostly) is essential.
- Proven background in handling corporate/M&A, banking, and regulatory compliance issues will be advantageous.
- Proficiency in advanced English (C1 Level) is required
- A business-savvy, proactive mindset with the ability to foresee and address legal issues before they arise.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Demonstrated self-motivation and self-direction, with an eagerness to accept accountability and navigate competing deadlines efficiently.
