We are looking for a PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER.

Responsibilities:

1. GTM Strategy: 
1.1 Create and execute GTM strategies. 
1.2 Promote product portfolio to existing customers. 
1.3 Lead product launches into new markets.

2. Revenue Growth and Upsell/Cross-sell Opportunities with Existing Customers: 
2.1 Continuously seek opportunities to increase revenue. 
2.2 Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities. 
2.3 Launch promotional and loyalty offers, utilizing both digital and traditional marketing channels. 
2.4 Implement email marketing strategies for retention and advocacy. 
2.5 Communicate clear value propositions and product benefits to existing customers. 
2.6 Conduct A/B testing to optimize marketing efforts and achieve the highest possible ROI.

3. Positioning and Messaging: 
3.1 Define and refine the product’s positioning, USP, and value proposition. 
3.2 Create compelling messaging that resonates with the target audience.

4. Content Creation and Storytelling: 
4.1 Cooperate with company departments to develop persuasive and engaging content, including articles and presentations. 
4.2 Assist sales teams in preparing for negotiations with key clients, including preparation of relevant materials. 
4.3 Identify needs and ensure timely creation and updating of text, video, and graphic materials for customers and partners. 
4.4 Collaborate with product managers to gather information for content development and assign tasks to content and design teams to create necessary materials.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing within the retail segment.
  • Experience in creating and executing GTM strategies.
  • Ability to identify revenue growth opportunities and implement marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in content creation and storytelling.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
  • Digital marketing experience is a strong advantage.
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English.
  • Excellent strategic and analytical thinking skills.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration across different departments.
  • High level of autonomy and results orientation.
