Item Auditor

Job Description:
 On behalf of our Client, leading U.S. online auction platform that connects buyers and sellers across various categories, delivering a seamless auction experience and ensuring the highest level of quality and accuracy in listings.

We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Remote Item Auditor. The ideal candidate will review item entries to ensure accuracy between product descriptions, photos, and actual item conditions. This role is crucial for maintaining the trust and satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify item entries submitted by warehouse administrators.
• Ensure that item photos, descriptions, and condition reports are accurate and consistent.
• Identify discrepancies and flag any inconsistencies for correction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product categories to improve the accuracy of listings.
• Collaborate with warehouse administrators to resolve discrepancies.
• Provide timely feedback to ensure listing accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in auditing, quality control, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with online auction platforms is a plus.
