Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Outreach Specialist / SDR / Inbox Manager. The individual will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound communications, prospecting leads, setting up campaigns, maintaining client relationships, preparing reports .

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B lead generation or appointment setting
• Cold Email tools like Instantly, Smartlead, Clay, Apollo
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Proficiency with CRM and sales software is advantageous
• Spoken and written English (Polish will be considered as advantage)

Our ideal candidate is based in Ukraine and have previous experience working B2B lead generation agencies.
