HR Assistant / USA Logistics Company / Entry Position / REMOTE

Lisanta - is a new project by MMM Express holding (huge logistic company in United States with offices in Europe, including Ukraine)

For this new project and this specific vacancy we are looking for energetic and ambitious people that are looking to start the career in HR recruiting, and grow long-term with a company. No Experience mandatory, we will train! 

Remote, hybrid or office position in the center of Kyiv (BC Senator), whichever you choose. You can fully work REMOTELY from anywhere - No Problem !

You will receive proper training and everything needed to give you a good opportunity to learn much more about the logistics industry, as well as a great opportunity to become a long-term member of our accounting team.

Experience in US Logistics or Recruiting/HR in general - is a huge plus. 

Extra effort in every step is our main ideology in this new project!

Responsibilities:

• Daily communicate with potential candidates in English (calls & messages);
  
• Maintain and update the candidate database in CRM and Google Sheets;
  
• Assistance with finalizing driver profile feedback;
• Support reporting and internal processes.
  

Candidate is expected to ensure that the company's recruiting standards are followed.

Will be under the direct supervision of HR Manager

Requirements:

• Decent level of English (C1 preffered);
• Willing to communicate with candidates by phone;
• Experience in Google Sheets;
• Attention to details;
• Ability to learn quickly;
• Ability to be a team player and to work independently;
• Strong sense of responsibility.
