Senior React Native Developer

We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Senior React Native Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll lead the development and maintenance of mobile applications that deliver a seamless, intuitive experience for our AI-driven consultation tools and practice management solutions. Your expertise in mobile app architecture will be essential in shaping scalable, maintainable, and high-performing applications that support both our patient engagement goals and the operational needs of aesthetic practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of robust, high-performance React Native mobile applications with a focus on user-friendly and responsive design.
• Make key architectural decisions for mobile app development, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with best practices.
• Work closely with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to create solutions that meet high standards for usability, technical precision, and performance.
• Architect and implement reusable components and libraries for mobile applications, optimizing for scalability and maintainability.
• Implement state management solutions (e.g., Redux, MobX) and integrate applications with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Ensure technical feasibility and high performance of UI/UX designs.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, particularly in mobile development, and continuously improve development practices.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality.
• Participate actively in agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of professional experience in mobile development, specifically with React Native.
• Proven experience in mobile app architecture decision-making, with a strong understanding of best practices for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ features.
• Extensive experience with the React Native framework and related tools in the React ecosystem (e.g., Redux, React Navigation).
• Proficiency in integrating mobile apps with RESTful APIs and familiarity with modern authorization mechanisms such as JWT.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles for mobile applications.
• Knowledge of front-end build pipelines and code versioning tools (e.g., Git).
• Strong understanding of cross-platform compatibility and mobile performance optimization.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest and React Native Testing Library.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Familiarity with AWS services and mobile infrastructure best practices.
• Knowledge of GraphQL.
• Experience with HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security.
