IT Lawyer

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced In-house IT Lawyer to join our team. If you have a strong legal background, excellent analytical skills, and experience in contract law, we would love to hear from you.

Your future responsibilities:

• Drafting,   reviewing   and   negotiating   agreements   (License agreements,   IT-related   contracts  and  Services   Agreements)   and related documents;

• Analyzing contractual terms to ensure compliance with legislation, government regulations,  our internal procedural guides  and other requirements;

• Dealing   with  corporate   providers/foreign  lawyers to  ensure operation of non-resident legal entities and handle legal aspects thereof;

• Assisting with obtaining authorizations required in the company’s niche of activity;

• Monitoring and analyzing legislative developments  in   company's niche of activity and jurisdictions of company's operation;

• Providing  legal   opinions   and   analytics   on   different   issues   of international legislation;

• Drafting   and   reviewing   of   various   documents   necessary   for   the companies' day-to-day operations, inter alia, applications, letters, powers of attorney, resolutions etc.;

• Managing   other   day-to-day   legal   issues  arising   in  company's
  business.

The following skills are important to us:

• Deep knowledge in drafting, reviewing and negotiating of IT-related agreements (License, Marketing, Software Development, Advertising and Services Agreements etc);

• Experience  as   in-house   lawyer  in   IT   product   company  or   legal consultant for IT projects;

• Experience in dealing with non-resident company’s registration/maintenance, negotiating with corporate providers/foreign lawyers;

• Excellent legal writing and research skills;

• Background in legal consulting;

• Strong analytical skills and attention to details;

• Ability to meet deadlines;

• English — Upper-intermediate.
