Position Overview:
Are you eager to kickstart your career in IT but lack prior experience? Grandia Solutions is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Jira Administrator to join our team. This role is perfect for students and advanced PC users with strong English writing skills and a passion for continuous learning. You will receive comprehensive guidance and training materials, aiming to master Jira and other Atlassian tools to assist our team on client projects. Comprehensive guidance and training materials will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customize Jira workflows, schemes, and fields to meet the needs of various projects and teams.
- Implement and manage Jira add-ons, plugins, and integrations to extend functionality.
- Provide user support and training, addressing technical issues and queries promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide tailored Jira solutions.
- Identify opportunities and implement automation to improve workflows to streamline and improve efficiency.
- Learn and apply best practices in administering Jira and other Atlassian tools to support our client projects.
Qualifications:
- Google Workspace (Drive, docs, sheets, etc.)
- Microsoft (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Basic understanding of Project Management
- English - Intermediate and higher
- Eager to learn new technologies
- Proactiveness
- Self-motivated
