Project Manager

We are looking for a passionate Project Manager to join our fast-growing team.

You will be involved in coordinating project planning, supporting cross-functional teams, ensuring effective project implementation, managing resources, and engaging with stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager/Coordinator or in a similar role;
• Familiar with project management tools and software;
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Hands-on experience in leading creative cross-functional teams: following the project guidelines and deadlines, monitoring the quality of deliverables;
• Problem-solving skills;
• High level of responsibility and proactivity;
• Еxcellent client-facing and strong communication skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

We are working for US market, so our working hours in Ukraine 3 pm till midnight.

Responsibilities:

• Foster effective communication among cross-functional teams;
• Support team members by providing necessary resources and information;
• Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables;
• Ensure project documentation is accurate and up-to-date;
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks;
• Implement project planning best practices;
• Prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and effectively structure project-related information;
• Validation of tasks, assigning tasks, and monitoring the quality and alignment of the delivered work;
• Identify and resolve project-related issues in a timely manner.
