Daily Business: You are responsible for the smooth processing of worldwide shipments for a major customer in the consumer goods industry. The worldwide processing of sea/ road freight shipments including documentation as well as the organization and control transport is part of your daily work.
Communication professional: As a contact for customers, partners, carriers, and agents worldwide, you ensure smooth communication and proactive customer care.
The Big Picture:You monitor all shipments and compliance with deadlines and ask for spot rates. In addition, you will take care of customs declarations within Germany (ATLAS) and invoicing, enter accruals, process additional costs, and check incoming invoices and invoice claims.
Data-driven: You will be responsible for the monitoring and reporting of KPIs and actively contribute to the optimization of operational processes.
Background: Bachelor`s degree in Logistics, Foreign economic activities, or related specialties. Several years of experience as a freight forwarding agent or logistic department member is a must.
Communication skills: You have strong communication skills and can convince in both Ukrainian and English (spoken and written).

What we offer:
Working in stable international company with office in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Official contract, fixed salary, possibility to work remotely.
Working hours Mo – Fri 8:30-17:00.
