Sales Representative in Poland

Ukrainian confectionery factory DELICIA is looking for a Sales Representative in Poland to be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. Duties will include sales presentations and product demonstrations as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients.
 
What should you do as our Sales Rep in Poland: 

• Selling products of Ukrainian confectionery factory DELICIA that produces more than 60 kinds of biscuits to more than 20 countries in Europe and Asia by dealing with retails and distributors at your region 
• Active clients’ searching and representing Ukrainian brand in Poland
• Negotiating clients to landing deals that are beneficial to the company, while also providing customers with optimal value
• Reaching out to potential leads through a variety of channels, such as email, phone, text, and social media, personal contacts
• Submitting and processing orders to ensure customers receive the products or services they request on time
• Meetings with clients’ representatives (decision makers) 
• Providing customers with information about the terms of sale, product features, quality characteristics, logistics, terms of order etc 
• Organizing direct communication of a potential clients in Poland with Ukrainian party being as an intermediary between the two sides, preparing necessary docs for the conclusion of contracts for the supply of biscuits 

Sales Representative Requirements
 

• Experience in sales and deep knowledge and understanding local retail  
• Understanding of the sales process and its dynamics
• Deep knowledge of food market at the country you are presented
• A commitment to excellent customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers
• Able to work comfortably remotely  
• You are a leader and quickly adapt to a new process 
• Languages: Poland С1 English В2, Ukrainian will be a plus
