Your responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all procurement activities for the company.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Cultivate and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Analyze market trends and adjust procurement strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast procurement needs.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and services.
- Maintain accurate records and manage contracts.
Our requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong B2B experience, with the ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiate effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- English language skills (B2 level or higher). Other languages are a plus.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail with problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotely.
- Strong ability to calculate unit costs, considering volume discounts, shipping, handling, and other factors that influence the final price.
- In-depth understanding of how various elements affect pricing, ensuring accurate cost analysis and decision-making.
- Knowledge of basic math and the ability to apply it to real-world procurement scenarios.
What we offer:
- Salary starting from ?1350 per month.
- Commission: 0.005% of dispatch value.
- Working hours: Monday-Friday, 8.30 hours a day, break does not included
- Holidays: 20 business days a year
