Affiliate Manager (Sweepstakes)

We are looking for an Affiliate Manager for our client in sweepstakes vertical.

This role is a person who have at least 1 year of experience at the same position, who can build relationship with partners, communicative, being initiative, have solid technical knowledge to Support integration with affiliates and escalate issues to the proper department approprioately when required 

Requirements:

• 1+ years experience in the same position
• Effective sales and negotiation skills
• Experience in sweepstakes, CPA campaigns 
• Perfect communication skills
• Analytical skills (Excel) and experience with the other analytical tools would be a Plus 
• Driven and results-oriented
• Organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities
• Deep understanding of how CC submit industry works
• Successful experience on EU and other markets 
• Fluent in English

Duties:

• Build successful new partnerships from scratch with teams and networks 
• Maximize revenue generation 
• Negotiate terms of the deal 
• Analyze campaign activity to ensure affiliates deliver the best ROI.
• Manage the affiliate budget, including commission and budget spend 
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing 
• Ensure affiliates commissions are paid on-time each billing period 
• Deliver affiliate marketing reports to senior management.
• Handle day-to-day communication with partners and provide appropriate affiliate support
• Work with the marketing services, creative, and web development teams to deliver the best acquisition via affiliates
• Participate in professional exhibitions, conventions, forums, and additional initiatives and meetings to increase partners’ network (after probation period) 
• Maintain full awareness and understanding of appropriate legislation and best practices for affiliate marketing initiatives.
• Create promotions and tournaments to keep existing affiliates actively promoting products on their sites.
