 Join Our Team as a Lead Generation Manager (Upwork)! 

   Commercial experience is not required, but a proven track record with relevant platforms, high energy, strong motivation, and the ability to stand out in the market are essential!

Responsibilities:

  • You search for and communicate with potential clients on the Upwork platform;
  • You understand the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and customize the offer individually for each client;
  • You explore various opportunities to find clients from all available sources;
  • You are focused on earning % from your Deals, not for Fixed Salary;
  • You handle text communication with the client (before the first call);
  • You walk a Deal through every step, thoroughly collecting all the materials required;
  • You are always ready and understand that opportunities won’t wait for you.
  • You’re quick at resolving problems, taking immediate action to address any issues and finding effective solutions.
  • You don’t settle for 'I tried,' only for 'I achieved.'
  • Noting all details of any communications and decisions made, making sure CRM is 101% filled;
  • You collaborate with the sales team and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality lead generation;
  • You respect processes and follow them;

Requirements:

  • At least 3 months of experience working on Upwork;
  • Experience in lead generation or sales;
  • Perfect self presentation skills;
  • English level — Intermediate;
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills;
  • People-oriented and creative thinking: 
    1. Basic understanding of technical aspects; 
    2. Understanding what the company does from a technical perspective;
  • This position is available for on-site work in Lviv;
