Junior Associate – Real Estate and Construction

We invite you to join Asters team for the Junior associate (Real Estate and Construction Practice) position.

We are pleased to invite you to an interview if:

• You have a law degree (LL.M degree is a plus)
• You are fluent in English
• You have 1+ year of relevant experience in a law firm 
• You have a good knowledge of real estate, construction and land law
• You have drafting skills and strong analytical thinking
• You have good communication and self-organization skills

What we entrust to you:

• Taking part in real estate, construction and corporate projects, assistance to senior colleagues on various legal issues
• Preparing/updating/reviewing legal documents 
• Drafting agreements, legal memoranda, legal opinions
• Analyzing and providing recommendations on a range of legal issues raised by clients
• PR activities (articles, publications, comments, etc.)
