We are currently seeking a highly committed Mid-level Associates to join the successful team of the leading law firm (four vacancies in different practices):

• Domestic Litigation Practice;
• Real Estate Practice;
• Intellectual Property Practice.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of relevant legal experience in a law firm (preferred) or as an in-house lawyer
• Reliable and recognised legal education.Western LL.M would be an advantage
• Fluent in Ukrainian, russian, and English (including legal English)
• A solid understanding of the legislation in the relevant field: DR / ER / IP (depending on the department in which you are applying for)
• Strong drafting, analytical, and research skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Commitment to high work standards and strong attention to details
• Strong client service orientation
• Ability to effectively delegate to junior colleagues and provide good feedback
• Participation in Moot Court competitions would be an advantage
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Initiative, proactivity and client-oriented attitude
