HR Administrator / People Operations

Delasport is an iGaming Software company providing Sports Betting & Online Casino software, and turnkey B2B solutions. Established in 2010, Delasport delivers a one-stop-shop solution of Sports Betting and Online Casino from a White-Label, with a full range of management services to a Plug&Play iFrame and a complete Turnkey. We are establishing an R&D centre in Kyiv, and are looking for top talents to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention 

• Provide onboarding support for new hires and often work alongside other teams 

• Manage new employee documents, offer letters, contracts 

• Administrate health and benefits plans and serve as liaisons between employees and insurance provide 

• Update HRIS  

• Make sure that the day-to-day operations of the company run smoothly 

• Organize the office operations and processes, layout and order stationery and equipment 

• Manage office G&A budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting 

• Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs 

• Manage team events (arrangements and coordination) 

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years in a similar role People Operations/HR Assistant 

• Understanding of major HR processes 

• Experience in providing HR support for teams 

• Experience in office operations and procedures 

• Previous experience in IT companies 

• Excellent and proven organizational, communication and presentation skills 

• Upper-intermediate English level and higher
