We are a Ukrainian brand building AI automation for businesses worldwide. We are scaling fast and strengthening our global presence. We are looking for an SMM specialist who thinks strategically and delivers measurable results.

Format: Remote
Employment: Part-time
Experience: 1+ year
English: C1+ / near-native fluency (spoken and written)
Availability: Ability to join online meetings on short notice

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy

• Develop and execute an SMM strategy for Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok

• Build a content plan people want to come back to (and that supports business goals)

Content

• Create and publish content regularly

• Write strong, conversion-oriented copy in English

• Work with formats that drive engagement and generate leads

Analytics

• Provide weekly growth-focused reports

• Analyze performance metrics and adjust the strategy accordingly

• Work toward outcomes: reach, engagement, and leads

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in SMM and/or content creation
• English C1+ (near-native level preferred)
• Confident using AI tools for content and workflow optimization
• Proficiency in Canva and Figma (creating social media creatives, templates, and basic design layouts)
• Ability to build a strategy independently and execute it end-to-end
• Proactive mindset: you propose solutions instead of waiting for detailed briefs
• Strong ownership, responsibility, and systematic approach
