Project Manager (reconstruction of Ukraine)

Miyamoto International has been restoring buildings damaged by natural disasters and military operations around the world for 70 years. Miyamoto's Ukrainian office opened in October 2022 and at the moment we have already reconstructed 400+ infrastructure facilities on the territory of Ukraine that were damaged during hostilities, and we have inspected all 10,000+ facilities.
Now we are looking for an experienced Project Manager who will strengthen our team with his/her expertise and join for Ukraine reconstruction. 

The Project Manager will cooperate with the project team, project donors and provide overall management for the successful execution and implementation of the project. This includes the responsibility to manage, coordinate and supervise the implementation of the project and the delivery of results.

About position:

• Working on damaged housing and schools reconstruction programs by the war in Ukraine
• Working with an experienced team of engineers, program coordinators and an administrative team
• Active communication and coordination work between program donors and the internal project team
• Overseing and managing project implementation, monitoring work progress, and ensuring timely delivery of outputs

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years experience in Project management (working in building projects or NGOs is an asset)
• Project management experience is required, including project coordination, management of multifunctional teams, ensuring timely implementation of complex projects
• Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to deal with the donor and staff members of different cultural and educational backgrounds are essential 
• Experience in working and collaborating with the government is an asset
• At least an Upper-intermediate English level (B2), including writing and communication skills, is required

Working conditions:

• Office in the city center (on-site work!)
• Working hours: Mon-Fri, from 09:00 to 18:00
