Position: Logistics Dispatcher

Location: Dnipro, city center

Type: Full-time

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 15:00 — 01:00 (8 hrs in-office, 2 hrs remote)

We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Dispatcher to join our team in Dnipro office and manage logistics operations for the U.S. market. You will coordinate deliveries, communicate with clients and drivers, and resolve operational issues in real time.

Responsibilities:

• Book loads from various load boards

• Schedule and dispatch drivers

• Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery

• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, drivers, and other stakeholders

• Resolve issues related to emergencies, delays, or cancellations

• Optimize delivery routes to reduce costs and increase efficiency

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and applicable laws

 Requirements:

• English fluency is required, Upper-Intermediate level is a must

• Previous experience in logistics is a strong advantage

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays *if needed
