About Us:

Legal Pilot is an international legal company providing services to global businesses in the fields of iGaming, crypto, marketing, and IT. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Managing Partner in daily operations.

Key Requirements:

• Fluent in English - both oral and written.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• High level of discipline, self-organization, and time management.
• Willingness to work hard, take on challenges, and manage a variety of tasks.
• Stress resilience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Work experience is not required, but will be an advantage. Recent university graduates with good academic performance are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in communication with partners and clients.
• Managing a task list and updating statuses.
• Processing and digitizing information into spreadsheets.
• Assisting with organizing trips and travel logistics.

Salary: Based on interview results.
