Project Coordinator and Estimator
MUSK Construction is a remodeling and construction company specializing in high-quality comprehensive renovations of residential homes and spaces in the San Francisco Bay Area (Silicon Valley), California, USA. We have been providing services for over 7 years, hold an official general contractor license in the U.S., and have completed numerous projects for employees of Tesla, Apple, Facebook, Netflix, and other international companies.

Requirements:
- English level: B2-C1; fluent in Ukrainian/Russian.
- Experience: At least 1 year (preferably in construction, logistics, or manufacturing).
- Education: Higher education.Proficiency in financial calculations, measurements, and related tasks.
- Experience with documentation (contracts, invoices, receipts, etc.).
- Confident user of Excel and Word.Personal qualities: responsibility, self-reliance, multitasking, attention to detail, analytical thinking, communication skills, result-oriented approach, and the ability to quickly acquire new skills.
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with clients: clarifying project details, coordinating project scope, managing expectations, and troubleshooting issues.
- Coordinating contractors: searching for and assigning subcontractors, approving tasks, signing contracts, and monitoring work progress.
- Creating work and inspection schedules and conducting daily progress tracking.
- Managing financial and project documentation.
- Preparing client invoices and monitoring payments.
- Organizing city inspections in accordance with U.S. regulations.
- Overseeing payroll for contractors.Calculating financial performance metrics for projects.
- Collecting client feedback.
- Collaborating with project managers and other teams.
- Estimating project costs based on received data.
- Mastering and working with project technical documentation (layouts, measurements, and calculations).
We offer:
- Work mode: Full-time, remote (schedule: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM PST, 6:00 PM–3:00 AM Kyiv time).
- Probation period: 1 month.
- Salary: $1,200–$1,500 (fixed $800 + bonuses for completed projects).
