Manage CRM and course environnement (IMPORTANT)
Client Communications and tracking.
Create and log agreements. Check in on progress. Do clients need to book a session? Do they have homework we need to follow up on? Are their sessions due for renewal?
Emails and WhatsApp communications
Calendars
Manage tasks
Organize, create SOPs
Send invoices and track payments
