Trivium Packaging Ukraine is part of the global company Trivium Packaging, a world leader in sustainable metal packaging with more than 60 offices worldwide.
The company is looking for a new professional team member, an experienced Supply Chain Manager who can multi-task and has good organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Long-term and operational production planning.
- Calculation of the material needs necessary for the implementation of the production plan and harmonious, rhythmic work of production.
- Weekly stock volume control & maintenance within the budget
- Work closely with key production staff to improve the efficiency of the purchasing and planning functions;
- Stock control in warehouses, inventory management;
- Arrangement of contracts with suppliers, insurance of completion of all terms and conditions.
- Planning of timing of production orders on the basis of production capacity, supply of components.
- Communication with 3rd parties: customs brokers, logistic companies when organizing import-export shipments.
- Multitasking work for two production sites
- Preparation of reports and group requests
Qualifications And Experience Requirements:
- Mandatory experience in a manufacturing company, required experience in production planning ;
- Extensive experience in the position of Supply Chain in International companies;
- Team management experience;
- Good working English both written and verbal;
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel usage for extensive data processing and analyses;
- High level of self-confidence and emotional intelligence;
- Good communicator and efficient team-player inside multilevel inter-functional team;
- Ready for occasional trips.
