Prompt Engineer

Location: Europe (fully remote)

 The Mission: This position is open due to the development of a new strategic direction for the company. As a hands-on Prompt Engineer, you'll design precise prompts, generate and refine code/tests, ensure production quality, and collaborate on reliable systems.

What you'll do

• Prompt like a pro: Craft & iterate prompts for code, tests, docs, architecture.

• AI > Production: Review, debug, refactor LLM-generated code to make it bulletproof.

• Tech stack: SQL (MySQL), Docker, Git, Postman, Linux/macOS CLI, load testing (k6/JMeter).

• Turn vague ideas into testable tasks. Own from hypothesis to live feature.

Must-haves

• 3+ yrs QA/Product Analyst/Backend/Data experience.

• SQL ninja: Complex queries, JOINs, mysqldump.

• Docker daily: docker-compose, volumes, networks.

• Git fluent: Branching, PRs, merges.

• Postman pro: Collections, environments.

• Basic JS + load testing (k6/JMeter/artillery).

• Mindset: Detail-obsessed, proactive, thrives in experiments.

• Proficiency in Ukrainian and intermediate English.

Nice: Python/FastAPI, K8s, CI/CD, ClickHouse/Kafka/Redis, REST APIs.
