Задачі:

- Планування та координація транспортних та складських процесів;

- Взаємодія з постачальниками та партнерами для забезпечення своєчасної поставки матеріальних ресурсів;

- Моніторинг та контроль якості та кількості отриманих матеріалів;

- Ведення документації та звітності з логістичних питань.

Вимоги:

- Вища освіта у галузі логістики, економіки або суміжній галузі;

- Досвід роботи на аналогічній посаді від 2 років;

- Відмінні організаційні та комунікаційні навички;

- Знання англійської мови на рівні Intermediate.

The logistics officer is responsible for providing logistic support and overseeing the overall logistic processes in support of the objectives of the Fund. Responsible for the planning, oversight, and management and coordination of logistics support operations to ensure smooth accomplishment of projects.  They also work hand-in hand with subcontractors to ensure that communications and safety protocols are followed. 

Supervisory responsibility:

Logistics Coordination:

• Coordinating and monitoring all logistics operation for easter Ukraine
• This includes coordinating with program department for providing appropriate support for the delivery of assistance
• Provide regular reporting on overall logistics activities

Transport management:

• Coordinating, Managing and Monitoring vehicles’ usage, expenditures and performance.
• Managing drivers
• Reporting on all vehicle operations
• Providing recommendation on optimizing transport management

Warehouse management:

• Supervising warehouse operations
• Supervising and monitoring of loading and unloading of material and completeness check.
• Ensuring processes and documentation are in place
• Providing recommendation on optimizing storage management

Tasks and duties of the Employee:

• Administering rental contracts.
• Perform other management orders as necessary.
• Promotes and takes an active part in quality improvement processes.
• Complies with labor discipline, labor protection and safety rules, fire-prevention requirements, industrial sanitation and labor hygiene rules, Safety, and Environmental regulations and guidelines.

Competencies and requirements:

• Knowledge of the main legislative and regulatory acts of international and Ukrainian logistics and transportation
• Import / export processes — knowledge and experience in the organization of transportation (road, sea, railway)
• Personal qualities: negotiation skills, result orientation, stress resistance, planning and organization, adaptability and mobility.
• Understanding the types of procurement and warehouse logistics
• MS Office, Internet user
• English level В1/В2
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Previous experience with an NGO.
