Задачі:

- Розробка та впровадження програм і проектів у сфері харчової безпеки та забезпечення засобами до існування для місцевого населення;

- Координація з місцевими партнерами та урядовими структурами для забезпечення ефективної реалізації проектів;

- Моніторинг та оцінка результатів програм та проектів у сфері харчової безпеки.

Вимоги:

- Досвід роботи в галузі гуманітарної допомоги та розвитку;

- Знання сфери харчової безпеки та розвитку сільського господарства;

Livelihood Field Officer is responsible for the qualitative, quantitative and timely implementation of all the Livelihood and distribution activities. He/She directly implements or supervise the implementation of the cash (multipurpose cash assistance) and Food (food kits, ready-to-eat meals, food canteens) activities with the help of beneficiaries, daily workers, partners (sub-grantees) or contractors.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Apply safety standards, monitor the context. In case of a critical situation, communicate necessary information to direct supervisor.

• In collaboration with line manager and logisitics / procurement department, support supply chains and coordinate deliveries for Livelihood operations.
• Work accordingly to Fund procedures, and report activities in program tools / database established for Livelihood operations.
• Support the basic functioning of the field base and assist other departments in needs assessments.
• Conduct regular field visits/sites to understand context, needs and locations of intervention/activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in the area of intervention in order to facilitate activities and identify needs.
• Contribute to the design and delivery of Livelihood activities in the area of intervention.
• Respect the planning and procedures related to the transfers and distributions are respected, as per contractual agreements (lists of beneficiaries, deadlines for implementation and reporting, steps to follow during implementation, sources of verification).
• Inform immediately the Livelihood Team Leader any delay in planning or technical challenge in the execution of works, with implementing partners, daily workers, community members or contractors.
• Participate in the field work and respond to beneficiaries’ queries with good knowledge of relevant information. 
• Perform other management orders as necessary.
• Promotes and takes an active part in quality improvement processes.
• Complies with labor discipline, labor protection and safety rules, fire-prevention requirements, industrial sanitation and labor hygiene rules, Safety, and Environmental regulations and guidelines

Competencies & requirements

• Understanding the terrain of the region, the situation, features and specifics of the territory, stakeholders.
• Understanding the perspectives of the region's needs
• Solid use of the MS office software (including Word, Excel, Outlook) is compulsory.
• Good analytical and writing skills.

• Knowledge of mobile data collection platforms (e.g., KoboToolbox or other ODK-based including XLS form coding and troubleshooting) is desirable.
• Conflict resolution and diplomatic skills 
• Knowledge of labor discipline, labor protection and safety rules, fire-prevention requirements, industrial sanitation and labor hygienerules.
• Soft skills:. analytical thinking, teamwork, attention to detail, responsibility, honesty, organization, flexibility, ability to learn
• English B1

 Qualifications

• Baccalaureate, Secondary diploma (including but not limited to: Social Sciences, Quality Management, Economics, Public Health, etc.).
• Work experience 2+ years
• 6-month experience in NGOs/On-site training in field work is mandatory.
