Позиція: HR Manager
Локація офісу: Бориспільський р-н
Формат роботи: гібридний формат (1-2 рази в офіс за необхідності)
Responsibilities:
- Coordination of the recruitment process, onboarding for new employees, support of employees upon request;
- Coordination of incentive programs.
- Management of the training agenda, organization of external and internal trainings, participation in the organization of internal events together with the administrative department;
- Coordination and information filling of the company's internal websites from the personnel management department;
- Preparation of internal communications from the personnel management department;
- Interaction with suppliers, conclusion of contracts, tracking and processing of invoice payment
- Participation in global/local projects.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- Work experience of 3 years or more in the relevant field;
- English language level Upper Intermediate+;
- Developed communication skills; punctuality, organization, attentiveness.
