We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. The Salesman will be responsible for achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services.
  • Negotiate and close deals, handling objections and addressing customer concerns.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to ensure brand consistency and increase sales.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to represent the company and generate leads.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Work experience as a Salesman, Sales Representative, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Good English language skills.

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a sales role.
  • Experience in the furniture sector is a plus.
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.
