About the Role We’re seeking a proactive and skilled Lead Generation Manager to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, driving business growth through strategic lead generation and nurturing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify high-potential leads (Linkedin, email, etc)
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to optimize and enhance our sales pipeline
  • Conduct initial negotiations with leads, identifying their needs and providing exceptional communication
  • Collect and analyze statistical data to improve sales team expertise and inform future strategies

Essential Skills:

  • Detail-oriented approach with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Proactive attitude in communication with prospects, clients, and upper management
  • Efficient time-management skills and agility to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Will be a plus:

  • Experience in Sales processes
  • Tech-savviness and a general understanding of the IT field
  • Previous experience in direct communication with international clients
