Logistics and Customer Service Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the procurement process from order placement to receipt at partner warehouses.
- Manage supply logistics, including coordination with carriers for shipping and customs procedures.
- Strong relationships with customs and logistics entities to uphold product quality.
- Address and resolve customer complaints within the global system.
- Handle client payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain comprehensive client documentation and prepare detailed sales reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Economic Activity, Economics, Finance, Pharmacy, or Philology preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficient with PC applications and office technologies.
- English language proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level.
- Strong planning, priority-setting, and communication skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and adept in handling stress.
- Flexible and communicable, with outstanding interpersonal skills.
