Howly is a Ukrainian startup within the ecosystem of the multi-product company and venture builder SKELAR. We aim to revolutionize the online consulting industry and are working to make it possible. We seek Customer support specialist for different departments, who will communicate with our customers via email and phone, assisting them with any payment-related issues they may encounter.
Responsibilities:
- assists customers via calls and emails when it comes to canceling subscriptions and refunds;
- receive about 15–30 calls per shift;
- follow all the necessary guides to provide great service;
- solving tickets via Zendesk;
- work on a 3/3 schedule.
Requirements:
- English spoken and written: an Upper Intermediate (B2) or Advanced (C1) level;
- 6 months+ experience working in a customer support or billing support department;
- will be a plus: experience dealing with payments;
